Location very close to markets, restaurants and shops and the Grand Mosque in Mecca. The rooms with 1 or 2 beds.

Excellent cheap hotel location just off supermarket and restaurants as well as shopping and food areas. Steps away from Masjid al Nur. Really had very very good stay for a holy visit.

Location: the hotel was close enough to Makkah as well as center. The staff were excellent and kept the place fairly clean😃

Friendly and helpful staff made my stay at Palestine Hotel Makkah enjoyable. They went above and beyond to assist me when I needed help locating the housekeeping staff. The room itself was clean and spacious, and the hotel location was convenient with easy access to bus stations and food places. I was also impressed with the quick and efficient elevators, as well as the reliable internet connection. The bell boy even provided a wheelchair which was a great help. I recommend this hotel for its value for money and pleasant experience.

Although the distance from Al Haram is 1km, but it provides bus service every prayer to and from Al Haram starting one hour before Adhan and ends one hour after Adhan

The rooms are not clean - the breakfast (شغل مشي حالك) not fresh - the furniture is old needs to be refurbished - suit of 5 persons have only one bathroom so it is better to book two separate room (one double and one triple) to get two bathrooms - the rate is not 4 stars it should be 3 stars

Nothing. I absolutely hated it. The room was dirty. An inch of dust on furniture, blankets. Broken showers. Unfinished bathroom tiles. Filthy beds. Terrible breakfast. Smelly corridors. Instead of 4* I think it should maximum be a 2*hotel. Very Overpriced.

The breakfast variety was excellent, with fresh and delicious options including a choice of 4 main dishes. The location and room price were good, and the staff were cooperative.
